Tuition rates, including housing, meals, classes, dances, and activities will be posted in February. and will use a tiered price system. 

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in is Wednesday, August 30, between 2:30pm and 5:30pm. Registration will be at the Office. Maps and guides will be available to help you find your cabin.

  • Wednesday dinner will be from 6-7pm in the Dining Hall.
  • The opening Camp Meeting and teacher introductions will be at 8:00pm in the Play House.
  • The opening dance will be at 9:00pm.

Departure: Departure will be Monday, September 4, after breakfast.

Semi-Private Housing & Commuters

There is small supply of semi-private cabins for 3-5 people. The semi-private accommodations carry an $80 per person surcharge and are assigned in order of paid registration. These are also very rustic unheated accommodations, and all walls are thin. Most semi-private rooms have shared bathroom facilities. 

Campers who choose to stay off campus will receive a $70 discount from the regular tuition rate, and this commuter rate WILL include all meals. We do not offer a no-meal option.

Linen Rental

Linens and blankets are available to rent for a $30 charge if you are coming from far away, but we strongly recommend you bring a warm sleeping bag if you can. Linens include a sheet set, pillow, and towel. 

Waiting List

To join the wait list, please register online and send at least $200 to hold your waiting list spot. If you accept a spot which has opened up, you must sent your balance due immediately. If no spot opens up, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel from the waiting list. or if a spot opens up and you decline it, you will receive a full refund less $50.
